SERVING VT & THE GREATER
Ernie Duncan Hoops hosts camps and clinics in Vermont including the greater Burlington, St. Albans, Montpelier, Rutland, Hartford and Bennington areas. EDH has also taken its training techniques to the midwest in Ernie’s hometown of Evansville, Indiana.
Looking to jump higher, accelerate faster, get physical in the paint, and stay healthy? Many youth athletes from grades 4-12 choose us to help them make their middle school, AAU, high school teams, and earn college scholarships down the road.
LEARN FROM THE BEST
Ernie and his staff have decades worth of playing and coaching skills from the high school level to the professional level. Ernie and his coaches have played at the highest collegiate level against the nation’s top talent – including many current NBA players. The staff have also played at some of college basketball’s most historic places, including the NCAA Tournament. The staff has trained various skill levels from youth, high school student-athletes, Division I, II, and III college players, plus professional athletes.
At EDH, training is individualized for each athlete. A focused plan is formed to help the athlete improve on their weakness, and to make a strength even stronger.
What does the science say about strength & power training for basketball players? We work extensively with certified athletic trainers to show the benefits of strength & power training.
Mental health is just as important as physical strength. We have a sports psychologist on staff to stress the importance of taking care of your mind on-and-off the court.
